Every personalized order receives a complimentary digital proof before production. Production starts after you approve the proof. Shipping time depends on the item and destination; check the product description for its current estimate. Houston-area pickup is available.

- All engraved items are final sale. We stand behind the quality of our products. We also offer a 1 year warranty on the engraving for all eligible products.
- Please be mindful that some wood products may vary in engraving depth and color from product to product as wood is a natural resource.
- When placing an order ensure the correct spelling is provided. While we will make every effort to correct a mistake once an order has been processed it will be made as ordered.
- For bulk orders for wedding parties, planners, or event venue coordinators please ensure that the delivery date provided is not the event date. Give your bride time to review the items prior to her big day.

Enter your wording in Personalization Details before adding to cart. If you want the example layout, name the design and supply your own names and dates. Your complimentary digital proof confirms the final wording and layout before engraving.

Proof, production and pickup
Digital proof: Allow 24 hours after payment and complete personalization details, excluding weekends. Customer approval time and proof revisions are additional.
Standard: After approval, allow 1 business day for processing to production, followed by 3–4 business days of production. Your item is then prepared to ship or made available for pickup. Shipping transit time is additional.
Choose Rush production (+$15 per item) for your approved order to enter production immediately. Production takes 2 business days after proof approval. Rush orders have the same weekday-only 24-hour proof window. The rush fee applies per item; shipping transit time is additional.
