Whether you're adding a name, date, meaningful message or choosing one of our designs, we'll guide your order from personalization to production.

1. Choose Your Gift

Start by selecting the item you'd like to personalize.

Depending on the product, you may be able to choose details such as size, color, material, design or engraving style before adding your personalization.

2. Tell Us What You'd Like

Enter your personalization exactly as you'd like it to appear in the personalization box on the product page.

This may include:

• Names or initials
• Dates
• Short messages or sayings
• Titles or roles
• Wedding details
• Other personalization specifically offered on the product

Please double-check spelling, capitalization, dates and punctuation before submitting your order.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, we use the information entered with your order to create your personalized item.

3. Want to See It First? Request a Proof

If you'd like to review your design before we make it, you can request a digital proof in your order notes.

We'll prepare your design and send it for your approval before production begins.

Important: Requesting a revision to a proof may extend your production timeline because we cannot begin making the item until the proof has been approved.

If revisions are needed, simply let us know what you'd like adjusted.

4. We Create Your Piece

Once your personalization is ready, and your proof is approved then we begin production.

Depending on the item, your order may be laser engraved, uv printed, cut, printed, assembled or finished by our Houston-based personalization studio.

Because personalized pieces are created specifically for you, slight variations in natural materials such as wood, leatherette, slate and similar surfaces may occur. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

5. We Carefully Prepare It for You

Once your item is complete, we inspect it, prepare it for delivery and send your order on its way.

You'll receive shipping information when applicable so you can follow your order once it leaves us.

A Few Things to Know

Can I personalize something differently from the example shown?

If the product offers custom text, absolutely. Enter the personalization requested on the product page. For changes beyond the available options, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what's possible.

Will my item look exactly like the product photo?

We work to keep every finished piece consistent with the listing. Natural materials can vary slightly in grain, shade and engraving appearance.

What if I make a typo?

Contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn't started, we'll do our best to update it. Once a personalized item has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

Can you create something completely custom?

Possibly! Contact us with your idea, quantity, desired date and any inspiration you have.

Do you offer bulk orders?

Yes. We work with couples, event professionals, businesses and organizations on larger personalized orders.
