Thank you for shopping with Heartcrafted! We take pride in offering unique, handmade, and personalized items. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.




Returns & Exchanges


We accept returns for non-custom items within 4 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

You must contact us within 4 days of delivery

Proof of purchase is required


To start a return, email customerservice@heartcrafted.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.




Custom & Personalized Items


Custom or personalized products are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless damaged or defective upon arrival.


If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.




Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.




Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

1. Check your bank account or credit card again

2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take additional time to officially post the refund

3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@heartcrafted.shop
