If you have a specific idea, file, or concept, place your order and email your high-resolution file (300 DPI, full size) along with detailed instructions to help@theheartcraftedshop.com. If you don't have a finalized design, share your concept and our team will assist. A digital proof is sent before production begins.

Absolutely every single order includes a free digital proof sent to your email within 1 business day. Once you receive your first proof you can request unlimited changes or approve it when you're happy. We do not make anything until you approve. Please be advised revisions will delay production and shipping times.
