Can you create a completely custom design?
Yes, we can create something that is not in our catalog. We create fully custom signs across acrylic, mirror, wood, and other materials. If you have a specific idea, file, or concept, place your order and email your high-resolution file (300 DPI, full size) along with detailed instructions to help@theheartcraftedshop.com. If you don't have a finalized design, share your concept and our team will assist. A digital proof is sent before production begins.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Absolutely every single order includes a free digital proof sent to your email within 1 business day. Once you receive your first proof you can request unlimited changes or approve it when you're happy. We do not make anything until you approve. Please be advised revisions will delay production and shipping times.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes. Local pickup is available in the Houston, Texas area for many products.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We proudly ship throughout the United States.
Can I order gifts for my entire bridal party?
Yes. We offer personalized gifts for bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents, flower girls, ring bearers, and more.
What types of products can I personalize?
We personalize wedding signage, bridal party gifts, keepsake boxes, jewelry boxes, drinkware, favors, leather goods, and other meaningful gifts and event details. Available personalization options vary by product.
How do I submit my personalization details?
Enter your personalization exactly as you would like it to appear in the personalization field on the product page. Please double-check spelling, dates, capitalization, and names before submitting your order.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once an item has entered production or been personalized, changes may no longer be possible.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush production may be available depending on our current production schedule and the item ordered. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm event date.
Do you offer FREE Shipping?
Yes. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Can you create something that isn't listed on your website?
Absolutely. We accept select custom projects. Send us your idea, quantity, event date, and any inspiration you have, and we'll let you know what is possible.

Yes. Design consultation is available with select wedding packages and custom projects to help coordinate signage, personalization, and other wedding details.
