What is the return policy?
We stand by the quality of our work and while we don't accept returns or exchanges we do offer a 2 year limited warranty on specified products.
My order was damaged in the mail. What should I do?
Call us immediately at 346-678-6767 and email photos to help@thehearcraftedshop.com so that we can assist you as soon as possible.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. However, we aim to ship orders 24 hours after processing.
How are your products made?
All of our products are individually engraved and hand packaged. Some are hand painted, stained or polished.
What if I make a mistake with the customization?
We ask that you double check the customization prior to placing an order but we do understand that mistakes happen. Please notify us within 1 hour after your purchase to correct any changes. After 1 hour the order will be processed are originally ordered.
