Personalization & Ordering

How does personalization work?

Enter the exact wording you would like personalized in the personalization field on the product page. We create your item using the information submitted with your order, so please double-check spelling, capitalization, dates and names before checkout.

Will I receive a proof before my item is made?

When a complimentary digital proof is included with your personalized order, production begins after the design is approved. Please review proofs carefully. Changes or delays in approval can extend the production timeline.

Can I request changes to my proof?

Yes. If your order includes a proof, you may request reasonable design adjustments before approval. Once you approve the proof and production begins, changes may no longer be possible.

Can I use a different font, wording or design?

Many of our pieces can be customized beyond the example shown. If you have something specific in mind, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.

Can you engrave handwriting, logos or artwork?

Many items can accommodate custom artwork, handwriting or logos when the submitted file is suitable for production. Contact us with your project details and artwork so we can confirm compatibility and any additional design fees before you order.

Production & Shipping

How long do personalized orders take?

Production times vary by product, order size and season. The timeframe shown on the product page is the best guide for your item. Proof requests, revisions and delayed approvals can add time before production begins.

How much is shipping?

Standard U.S. shipping is $5, express shipping is $25, and U.S. orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping unless otherwise noted at checkout.

Does shipping time include production time?

No. Production time is the time needed to prepare and personalize your order. Shipping time begins after the completed order leaves our studio.

Do you offer local service in Houston?

The Heartcrafted Shop is based in Houston, Texas. Available local options may vary by order and will be shown at checkout or confirmed for custom projects.

Changes, Cancellations & Personalized Items

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Because personalized products are made specifically for you, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once design or production has started.

What if I entered my personalization incorrectly?

Please contact us immediately. We will do our best to help if production has not started. Customers are responsible for reviewing the personalization submitted with the order and any proof they approve.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable. We want to understand what happened and determine the appropriate next step.

Gifts, Weddings & Events

Do you offer wedding gifts and wedding signage?

Yes. We create personalized wedding signs, keepsakes, wedding-party gifts, gifts for the couple and coordinated wedding details.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes. We work with businesses, planners, organizations and clients needing larger quantities. Contact us with the item, quantity, deadline and personalization requirements for a custom quote.

Do you offer live engraving?

Yes. Heartcrafted offers live personalization experiences for select weddings, corporate events, brand activations and celebrations. Contact us with your event date, location, estimated guest count and the experience you have in mind.

Can you create something completely custom?
