Orders that require a proof will not begin production until the proof is approved.

Proofs are sent to the email address you provide at checkout — please double-check for accuracy.

Once a proof is approved and production begins, order changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
Delivery

Delivery timeframes are determined by the carrier and depend on the delivery speed selected at checkout.

We do not guarantee delivery dates, as actual transit times are based on the carrier’s performance once the order is in their possession.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.

Upgraded Shipping

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order appears lost in transit, contact us at help@heartcrafted.shop so we can assist in filing a carrier claim.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
Combined Orders
