FAQ’s
- All engraved items are final sale. We stand behind the quality of our products. We also offer a 1 year warranty on the engraving for all eligible products.
- Please be mindful that some wood products may vary in engraving depth and color from product to product as wood is a natural resource.
- When placing an order ensure the correct spelling is provided. While we will make every effort to correct a mistake once an order has been processed it will be made as ordered.
- For bulk orders for wedding parties, planners, or event venue coordinators please ensure that the delivery date provided is not the event date. Give your bride time to review the items prior to her big day.

A miniature engraved sign for an imaginary snowball fight.
What's included
Only the engraved wooden piece or coordinated wooden pieces shown in the primary actual-product photograph. Food, wrapping, ribbons, craft supplies, and other styling props are not included.
Personalize your prop
Standard engraving, layout guidance and proof revisions before approval are included when the requested design fits the existing engraved surface. New parts, larger sizes or more complex construction may require a separate quote.
Wood, care and finish
Natural wood grain and texture cause variation in laser engraving tone and contrast. Keep dry and wipe gently with a soft cloth. For decorative use only; not intended for direct food contact or use as a toy. Supervise children around small pieces.
Photograph and proof accuracy
We show a photograph of an original physical laser-engraved sample so you can see realistic wood, edges and engraving. Lifestyle or AI-generated concepts are inspiration, not exact production promises. Your separate digital design proof is provided for approval before production.
Draft listing: final pricing margin, photo accuracy and commercial design permissions to be confirmed before launch.
Custom Design Information
For custom design questions, email help@theheartcraftedshop.com with your order number and the artwork or font preferences you would like us to use. We will confirm what is possible before production.
