- All engraved items are final sale. We stand behind the quality of our products. We also offer a 1 year warranty on the engraving for all eligible products.
- Please be mindful that some wood products may vary in engraving depth and color from product to product as wood is a natural resource.
- When placing an order ensure the correct spelling is provided. While we will make every effort to correct a mistake once an order has been processed it will be made as ordered.
- For bulk orders for wedding parties, planners, or event venue coordinators please ensure that the delivery date provided is not the event date. Give your bride time to review the items prior to her big day.

Important Finish Information
Construction and interior details vary by the finish selected. Teal and White Veneer boxes do not include velvet lining or a hinged lid. Please review the product photographs for the appearance of each finish before ordering.
