In Person & On Site Engraving

Host a 2 hour unique and memorable experience with a live engraving party. Each guest will customize and engrave their own piece while enjoying a fun, interactive experience. Perfect for birthdays, baby showers, or girls’ nights.

Price is for the time to engrave customer must purchase or provide items to be engraved. 

Client-Provided Materials Disclaimer & Test Requirement

Heartcrafted offers engraving services on select client-provided items; however, due to variations in material composition, coatings, finishes, and manufacturing processes, engraving results cannot be guaranteed.

By choosing to provide your own items for engraving, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Material Risk
   Not all materials are suitable for laser engraving. Some items may produce inconsistent results, including but not limited to discoloration, uneven marking, melting, warping, or surface damage.

2. No Liability for Damage
   Heartcrafted is not responsible for any damage, defects, or unsatisfactory results that may occur when engraving client-provided materials.

3. Mandatory Test Item
   Clients are required to provide an additional identical or similar test item prior to engraving final pieces. This test item will be used to determine appropriate settings and evaluate engraving results.

   • If no test item is provided, Heartcrafted reserves the right to decline engraving or proceed without guarantee of outcome at the client’s sole risk.

4. Final Approval
   By proceeding after the test engraving (or choosing to waive testing), the client accepts the engraving results and assumes all associated risks.

5. Right to Refuse
   Heartcrafted reserves the right to refuse any item deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or likely to produce poor results.
